Why do I need a Life Coach?
The answer to this question is really quite simple and can be answered by asking another question. Why are coaches necessary for the NFL, NBA or any other sports organization? The answer is that, even if they have great skill and amazing abilities, they still need a team that they can get along with and a coach to manage the complexities of that team. They also need a good coach to remind them of the skills they have learned and to encourage and believe in them.

Here is an outline of the process for team assessments
- The personality assessments are all done with an online tool and I can send links and passwords for each person on your team.
- After receiving the results, I would schedule an individual meeting with each of them to go over the results and lay the ground work for a success coaching experience if they want to be coached by me on a monthly basis.
- After meeting with each individual, I would meet with the team and go over the strengths of each person and follow with a discussion of challenges and success plans to meet those challenges.
- Each person will receive a detailed report of their own assessment as well as a 3×5 Personality Reminder Card (PRC) of each of their team mates. The PRC can be very helpful when you keep it handy and review it before each meeting. It’s kind of like brushing up on a language when you travel overseas. The goal is to help you speak their language which saves significant amounts of valuable meeting time.
*Sales associates that are coached by someone outside of the management team are proven to be more successful and generate more revenue for the company.
